My family and I have appreciated the opportunity to serve your termite and pest control needs over the last 25+ years. We have considered it a very great privilege to work with you for these many years. My son, Grant, and I have decided that it is time to move on to a new chapter in our lives and have decided to sell our termite and pest control customer lists to Legacy Termite and Pest Control, Inc.
Legacy is a family-owned, locally operated termite and pest control company that will do a wonderful job continuing to take care of your service needs. The owners of Legacy are Jay Heflin, Marc Heflin, and Chris Maloch. All three of these men have been involved in the termite and pest control industry for over 20 years. Jay and Marc are actually third-generation pest control professionals, and Chris is a second-generation pest control professional. They have a great deal of experience and will work hard to take good care of you.
The purpose of this letter is to let you know that this transition is occurring. You are receiving this letter at the beginning of your regular termite or pest control service time. One of the people at Legacy will be contacting you in the next few weeks to schedule an appointment to inspect your property and give you a proposal to convert your contract from an Accurase contract to a Legacy contract. While you are under no obligation to convert your contract to a Legacy contract, we would encourage you to do so. They have a strong contract that provides protection against new subterranean termite damage to both the structure and contents of your home. They also have a long history of taking good care of their customers and co-workers, so you will have the opportunity to continue seeing familiar faces providing your services.
