Flies are among the most common – and dangerous – pests in Arkansas.  While many people consider flies a minor nuisance, they are, in fact, one of the most efficient carriers of disease known to public health. These two-winged insects are silent transmitters of serious illnesses and thrive in the state’s warm, humid climate, where both urban and rural conditions offer ideal breeding grounds.
