What is Legacy Auto-Pay?
Auto-pay with Legacy allows you to automatically pay your Termite Contract and Pest Control so your home never goes unprotected! This means whenever it’s time to pay your Annual Termite Renewal and/or Quarterly Pest Service, whatever card you have on file will be automatically charged. Saving you time and offering peace of mind that your pest problems are a thing of the past!
How Do I Enroll in Auto-Pay?
Enrolling is quick and easy! You have two different options:
- Call Your Local Legacy Office or (501) 225-1453: One of our lovely staff will be happy to help get you set up!
- Enroll Through Your Customer Portal: Login to your customer portal (must have an existing account or create one), go to the My Billing page, click on Add Payment Method or existing payment method and check the “Use this Card to Auto-Bill to All Locations” box.
Creating a Customer Portal Account
- From the home page of the Legacy website click on “Pay Your Bill Online” in the top right corner.
- Click the “Sign Up” button below the login fields.
- Either use your Email and Phone Number or Billing Account Number and Email to create the account. It MUST be the email and phone number that we have on file on your account. If you have any problems, please call your local office and they will walk you through the process.
- Once logged in, click on “Menu” and “My Billing”
- On the “My Billing” page, click on “My Payment Methods” and “Add Payment Method”
- Enter your credit card information and check the “Use this Card to Auto-Bill to All Locations”
- Sit back, relax, and enjoy your pest-free future!
What If I Want to Un-Enroll?
Un-Enrolling is just as easy as getting started. Once again, you can call your local office or (501) 225-1453. Or you can uncheck the “Use this Card to Auto-Bill to All Locations” box in your customer portal that you originally checked.
