We appreciate you being our customer. During these challenging times for our community, state, nation, and world, we are making every effort possible to be good stewards of the health of our co-workers and you, our customers.

With this said, we are actively working to protect your homes and properties from termite and pest infestations and, at the same time, performing those duties in the most health-conscious manner possible.

Termite Control Services

We will continue performing all exterior and under home treatments and inspections as we have done previously. Any slab-constructed homes that require regular termite inspections will be done on an outside-only basis for the next several weeks. This will not, in any way, affect your coverage or termite protection. If an interior inspection is required to confirm active termites, then we will ask appropriate health-related questions prior to entering any building and, if customers are exhibiting symptoms, then we will follow CDC guidelines which may include waiting a prescribed amount of time before conducting the interior inspection.

Pest Control Services

We will perform exterior-only pest control on all residential accounts for the next several weeks. Since most insects that come inside originate from outside habitats, virtually all of our preventative pest control is already being performed on the exterior of your home. We remain confident that we can provide full and complete protection from unwanted pests. If an infestation exists that requires interior service, then we will ask the same health-related questions mentioned above. If no individuals within the residence are exhibiting symptoms, then we will perform an interior service. However, if symptoms are being exhibited by someone in the home, then we will follow CDC guidelines and not enter the home until the prescribed time has elapsed.

All commercial pest control services will be performed on a case-by-case basis after communication between our service professional and the appropriate contact with the account.

Additional Health Information

As additional information for you, we are continuing to encourage regular and thorough hand-washing for all of our personnel. We have also suspended all group meetings and are asking that our field personnel return to their offices only when they need additional materials and supplies to take care of your homes/properties. Lastly, we are continually reminding our people that if they or a family member are sick that it is imperative that they remain at home and get well before returning to their work duties.

While we are committed to providing the highest quality termite and pest control services for each of our customers, our number one priority is to do our best to protect our co-workers and each of our customers that we come into contact with on a daily basis.
